Shipping Policies
By placing an order with Colour Energy Corporation you are agreeing to all of the Policies and Procedures outlined above.
Ordering
- You may place your order by email at colour@colourenergy.com, by fax 604-687-3758 or by phone 604-687-3757 or Toll free 1-800-225-1226.
- First order minimum is $200.00 and includes any combination of COLOUR ENERGY (CE) products available.
- Special ordering requirements/instructions may be subject to an additional administrative charge.
- Samples of certain CE products may be ordered at a reduced cost. Certain product kits include testers for free or at a discount.
Payment Options
- All orders must be paid in advance of shipping, unless credit privileges have been granted. To learn about our credit policy, please contact us. Please note, all first time orders must be prepaid.
- Payment options are Net 30 Days (OAC), or prepayment by Visa, Mastercard, money order, bank wire transfer or cheque.
- 2% per month will be charged on past due accounts. NSF cheques subject to a $30.00 fee.
Taxes
- GST will be charged on all Canadian orders excluding provinces where HST is charged. BC customers without PST exemption will also pay an additional 7%.
- No taxes will be charged on US or International orders.
Return Policy
- We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. Any CE item, excluding special orders & Auramed products, can be returned within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excludes shipping charges and administration fee), if returned unused in original packaging.
- No returns are accepted unless pre-approved by CEC. Returns authorized beyond the two week period are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All product returns require an Authorization Number. All products are to be returned in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited. Partial kit returns will be prorated at regular price.
Warranty Claims
- The return of defective products is the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims must receive an Authorization. Number prior to shipping back. All international returns must be clearly labelled (on the box &/or custom’s form (CP72) as defective goods being returned for repair.
- Also, CEC’s Product Return Form must be completed and all return instructions must be followed before the product is shipped back.
Shipping
- Regular orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via courier or Post (CEC’s discretion unless specified by customer). Bulk orders, special production runs, holidays, etc., may extend shipping time.
- Delivery is FOB Vancouver, BC. We mainly ship by Canpar, Fedex or Canada Post.
- Back orders are not automatically shipped. Regular ordering policies will apply on arrival of stock.
- Colour Energy will not be responsible for reshipments resulting from a change of address, insufficient COD funds, a failed delivery attempt, inability to reschedule delivery or arrange pick-up from a post office or courier facility, neglect to inform CEC of specific shipping instructions (ie. different mailing & shipping addresses), etc.
Damages/Shortages
- If we have made a shipping error on your fax or email order, we will gladly pay for reshipment or credit your account for the full amount (at CEC’s discretion). Colour Energy will not be responsible for any mistakes made on verbal orders.
- Any products received damaged or short-shipped must be reported to CEC within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Natural Products
- Most of Colour Energy’s products do not contain any preservatives, thus ensuring that they are 100% pure and natural.
- Natural products are more volatile than items containing harmful chemical preservatives. Most natural products should be stored at room temperature and aromatherapy products should ideally be stored at cooler temperatures.
- Your stock of natural products should be rotated regularly to ensure that your clients receive fresh stock. Hydrosols and carrier oils should be sold within 6 months of receipt. Many essential oils and blends have a shelf life of 2-3 years or longer.
Support Services
- Our friendly staff is available to help you Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm (PST).
- CEC provides free promotional brochures with specific products (additional brochures or consumer friendly catalogues can be ordered in bulk for a minimal fee). As well, CEC offers several free product information handouts, including educational material and “How to Give a Colour Energy Seminar” outline.
- Colour Energy also has information available by email: colour tips, monthly colour newsletters and promotional updates.
